For Mother's Day weekend, we took our motor home to visit Yosemite. We stayed at a camp ground just outside the park. We had a fun time. I took lots of pictures and was very excited to share them with you all, sadly my SD card broke. That was the end of a kind of bad luck weekend, you know what I mean when things just seem to go wrong. First the fridge in our motor home broke (we just took coolers), On Saturday morning I was baking cinnamon rolls and the dish I was baking in shattered in the oven! Oran backed my car into a pole (he rubbed out all the paint and no dent!) and then we got home to a broken camera and tons of bug bites(even though we used bug spray) BUT Mother's day is always special no matter what, simply being with my kids is special. They sang me a special Mother's day song, They made me homemade perfume, a hand decorated plate, paper flowers and Taylor wrote me this poem................
Mom is a volcano
eruptive and warm
Mom is a blanket
soft and comfortable
Mom is a pillow
fluffy and special
Mom is a book
great and exciting
Mom is a oven
cooking and serving
I thought this was the funniest and creative thing I have ever read. He knows his mom well! Just because the pictures are lost does not mean I will ever forget how loved I felt when my babies said "Happy Mother's Day Mom, We love you" I am lucky to be a mom.

That is sooo sweet and true! I would be devasted if I lost my pictures, but no one could ever erase the memories we hold in our heart! Happy Mother's Day!
