Rain gutter Regatta

What a great day for the races. On Sunday, the cub scouts,
held their annual rain gutter regatta. For those of you who have no idea what I am taking about I will go over the basics. First the boys have a boat kit that they put together and paint. They race each other on two rain gutters that have been turned upside down and put on a stand filled with water. The boys can not use their hands and must blow into the sail to move their boat down the rain gutter. Above is a picture of the boy's hard work all lined up and ready to race.
This is Taylor's 5th race, and his final year because he will be going to boy scouts soon and they do not do these races. But Matthew still has 4 more years in scouts so he will be back.

Thomas ready to blow, but not to hard, we want to stay away from the ER again!!

Matthew ready for the race.
The regatta was a huge hit and the boys had a great time.
